On top of the already unmatched all-inclusive luxury, Palace Resorts now offers guests Resort Credit to be used towards tours, spa/beauty salon treatments, golf outings, the Precious Wedding Collection, and more. Applicable Resort Credit depends on length of vacation and is applied per room/per stay.
- Book 3 nights, receive 500 vacation dollars per room, per stay.
- Book 4 nights, receive 750 vacation dollars per room, per stay.
- Book 5-8 nights, receive 1,500 vacation dollars per room, per stay.
- Book 9-11 nights, receive 2,000 vacation dollars per room, per stay.
- Book 12+ nights, receive 2,500 vacation dollars per room, per stay.
TOURS
You can use up to all of your vacation dollars on any of these select tours/activities:
- Chichen Itza ($120 per adult, $67 per child)
- Wet 'n Wild ($59 per adult, $53 per child)
- Isla Mujeres ($75 per adult, $40 per child)
- Coba ($80 per adult, $42 per child)
- Tulum/Aventura Cove Palace ($100 per adult, $67 per child)
- Ultimate Dolphin Swim (at Wet 'n Wild. Transportation for this activity is not included. $129 per person)
All participants in the Dolphin Swim Program must be at least 8 years old and no less than 48 inches tall. Ultimate Dolphin Swim maximum credit of $200 from 12/19/2011 - 01/02/2012; 03/30/12 - 04/08/12; 06/15/12 - 08/15/12. Tours and activities are provided by the Palace Vacation Planners.
GOLF
All vacation dollars can be used towards green fees and shared golf carts at the following courses: Moon Spa & Golf Club, Riviera Cancun Golf & Resorts, and Playacar Spa & Golf Club. Vacation dollars are applicable for golf rounds at regular price. Golf rounds include early fee, green fee, twilight fee, and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Transportation to the golf courses is included.
ROOM UPGRADE
All vacation dollars can be used towards a room upgrade available upon arrival. The cost of room upgrades will be based on the resort's rack rates. Please note you cannot use resort credits to upgrade to a Family Deluxe suite or Presidential Suite.
SPA/BEAUTY SALON SERVICES
Use up to the following vacation dollars on spa and/or beauty salon services:
- 3 night stay: 100 vacation dollars
- 4 night stay: 150 vacation dollars
- 5-8 night stay: 300 vacation dollars
- 9-11 night stay: 400 vacation dollars
- 12+ night stay: 500 vacation dollars
Services are subject to availability.
ROMANTIC DINNER
All vacation dollars are available for use towards a Romantic Lobster Dinner, which includes Moet & Chandon champagne, and surf & turf with lobster and high quality US Beef meat. Adults only ($175 per person).
UPGRADED WINE LIST
All vacation dollars are available for use towards selected award winning wines.
WEDDINGS
All vacation dollars are available for use towards select Precious Collection Wedding Packages.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotion valid for US, Canada, and Latin America residents; For Europe and Asia residents certain restrictions apply. Resort Credit can be used towards select tours, golf, spa/beauty salon services, romantic dinners, upgraded wine selection, My Palace Memories by Kodak photo packages and Precious Wedding CollectionTM packages. Promotion applies to members with Imperial Weeks, Preferential Rates, participants of the Referral Program and Advantage Promotion. Resort Credit is not transferable, non cumulative and cannot be held over for future stays. Promotion will not be extended to travelers on: Famtrips, travel agent or employee rates, complimentary, incentive or compensatory stays. Members traveling with incentive or complimentary weeks will receive $750 Resort Credit with stays of 7 nights or more. Resort Credit is not valid for RCI 7x4 discounted rate. Resort Credit is valid for RCI members with prepaid stays of 7 nights or longer. Resort Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise. There is no cash reimbursement if unused. Tours and services are subject to availability. Services and amenities must be booked/requested upon arrival. Promotion applies to groups of 25 rooms and under. Guests staying at more than one resort will receive the benefits of the promotion depending of length of stay at each one, though unused credits may not be transferred to the next resort. Guests booking the Family Category will receive up to $1,500 Resort Credit with a 5 consecutive night stay or longer, $750 Resort Credit when staying 4 consecutive nights or $500 when staying 3 consecutive nights. Resorts where 2-Bedroom Presidential Suite is available, including the 2-Bedroom Suite - Golf Course at Moon Spa & Golf Club will receive up to $3,000 Resort Credit for a 5 consecutive night stay, $1,500 Resort Credit for a 4 consecutive night stay and $1,000 Resort Credit for a 3 consecutive night stay.
