Guests need to visit the Palace Vacation planners desk (Elite Tours) to book their tours and redeem discounts for spa and golf reservations. Each room will be issued one (1) passport. The passport is valid for all guests in the room.

The Passport to Savings promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise. The Unlimited Select Tours are subject to change or may be discontinued without prior notice. Certain restrictions apply when combined with the $50 spa credit promotion. The 25% and 30% discounts for golf and spa cannot be combined with the $300.00 credit promotion.
