Guests need to visit the Palace Vacation planners desk (Elite Tours) to book their tours and redeem discounts for spa and golf reservations. Each room will be issued one (1) passport. The passport is valid for all guests in the room.

The 25th Anniversary Palace Passport promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise. 25% discounts for golf and spa offered in the Anniversary Passport cannot be combined with the following promotions: $200 - Summer Golf/Spa promotion, $300 - Fall Golf/Spa promotion and the Romance package. It will not be extended to travelers on: Famtrips, Travel Agent, employee rates, Complimentary or Compensatory stays. Passport promotion is available to the US, Canada, Mexico & Europe markets. Terms: The Sport Fishing Tour applies to two guests per room per stay. Reservations with fewer than 5 nights will receive a 40% discount on the Sport Fishing Tour. Non-transferable to other guests in the same room or other rooms. Reservations with single occupancy are entitled to one excursion per stay. All services are subject to availability. Reservations must be arranged at the Palace Vacation Planners desk at the resort. All reservations must be booked by December 18, 2009 to qualify for this promotion. Refunds or exchanges will not apply in the event that space is no longer available. This promotion will not be extended to reservations with discounted rates, travel agent rates, FAMS, complimentary or compensatory stays. Promotion may be discontinued without prior notice.
